The CRCollar™ can induce the well known and researched head retraction motion that has been proven to reduce forward head posture, decrease neck pain and reduce cervico-brachial nerve irritation. Used in this manner, in conjunction with ambulatory head weighting, forward head posture can be reduced by an average of 10 millimeters after just 14 twenty minute treatments. When used for curve correction, pre/post (30 case) clinical studies show an average of 13 degrees of increased C1-C7 lateral curvature on post radiographs after just 14 ten to twelve minute treatments of ambulatory cervical extension traction.
